The links below lead to the digitized lecture slides. Most are from my sets of 35mm (2x2) projection slides. The light microscope pictures come from many sources, most from the collection of Prof. Art Hopper, the Histology instructor I replaced at Rutgers. The TEM pictures are from a set of 2x2 slides from Rhodin Atlas of Ultrastructure published by W.B. Saunders Co. (1963). The SEM pictures are from 2x2 slides from Tissues and Organs: A Text-Atlas of Scanning Electron Microscopy by Richard Kessel and Randy Kardon (W.H. Freeman & Co publishers, 1980). I have supplemented these with images I found by Googling tissue types. Some of the web sites where they were found can be found on the links page.
