Genetics Toolbox

Welcome to the genetics toolbox. This is a prototype of an interactive, online resource for students and faculty in the Department of Genetics at Rutgers University. Sept 25 - Welcome to visitors from Dr. Haviland's 380 class. At here request I have added three practice problems for conditional probability without penetrance.

Epistasis examples are now posted.

This is not even a "beta version" I am cleaning up links, fixing font problems, developing a new index, etc. It will get better over the semester!

Suggestions/corrections welcome. Anyone inspired to do Independent Study or Advanced Independent Study in Genetics to work on this would be very welcome!
